Simply Roses is the best local florist in Raceland, I live in Thibodaux and drove 25 minutes just so I could use their business. I used their florist expertise for my wedding and the floral arrangements were beautiful. I highly recommend this florist to Anyone in need of flowers or floral arrangements for any occasion.
My Aunt passed away recently and my local flower shop didn't deliver to the area so I called Simply Roses to order her arrangements and it was the best service I've ever had. They do beautiful arrangements and the spray for the coffin was absolutely beautiful. I will be giving them all of my buisness from here on out. Wonderful job and easy to work with. This place is a joke. I ordered an arrangement for $63 last week for Mother's Day. They told me that if they couldn't get them delivered Friday then they would try Saturday. They never got delivered. I finally got in touch with someone after leaving 2 voice mails. I just kept calling and calling. The daughter of owner told me they would be in contact with me about my refund since the arrangement was made on Friday and still no flowers on Tuesday. I just called for the fourth time today and the owner answered. She is the rudest person I have ever spoken to. She asked me if I thought I deserved a refund since she wasted her time and gas money to deliver and no one answered the door. She stated that she tried 5 times and I told her she should have called me when no one answered so I could make contact with my mother or any normal business should have a left a card at the door of the residents home. THEN SHE HUNG UP ON ME!!! I have never dealt with a business that treats their customers like this. Customers should always come first . I hope she gets what she deserves.
